THE CREAMEST CAKE THAT EVERYONE LOVES

 

Components

Biscuit:

- 4 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 200 g of yogurt stracciatella
- 50 g of grated or finely chopped dark chocolate
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 vanilla pudding (powder)
- half a baking powder
- 100 g of flour

Cream:

- 700 ml of milk
- 2 bags of vanilla pudding
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 400 g of yogurt stracciatella
- 50 g of grated or finely chopped dark chocolate
- 2 bags of whipped cream + 200 ml of milk
- 1 bag of gelatin powder + 4 tablespoons of water

Preparation:

Prepare the biscuit by first separating the egg yolks from the egg whites, which we set aside, and stir the egg yolks with the sugar for a few minutes at the highest speed, until the mixture becomes light and frothy. Add yogurt, grated chocolate, oil and vanilla sugar to the egg yolks and stir briefly with a whisk.

Combine flour, pudding and baking powder, then add to the first mixture. Stir well with a whisk. Finally, spoon in the egg whites that you have beaten into the snow. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper (22 × 33) and bake for about 10 minutes. at 200 degrees.

When the biscuit has cooled down a bit, remove the paper, return the biscuit to the mold and pour 150 ml of warm milk over it. You can start preparing the cream while the biscuit is baking. Mix pudding, sugar and vanilla sugar in 1 dl of milk. Bring the rest to a boil, then cook the pudding mixture in it. Add the white chocolate to the hot mixture and stir to melt.

Leave the cream covered with cling film to cool completely. Whip the cold cream with a mixer. Mix gelatin with water. Beat with 2 whipped cream and 200 ml of milk. Add yogurt, grated chocolate and whipped cream to the cream.

Mix everything finely with a spoon. Finally add the gelatin that you have melted over low heat. Stir once more, then pour the cream over the cake. If you don’t have this stracciatella yogurt, put plain solid yogurt instead and increase the amount of grated chocolate.

Serving:

Decorate the cooled cake as desired, it would be best to leave it in the fridge overnight before serving.
