Components
Biscuit:
- 5 egg whites
- 12 dag of sugar
- 8 dag of hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 baking powder
Cream:
- 1 l of milk
- 3 vanilla puddings
- 10 egg yolks
- 20 dag of sugar
- 3 tablespoons density
- 20 days of margarine
- 3 dcl of whipping cream
- 20 dag of white milk chocolate
- 20 dag of chocolate milk with small hazelnuts
Preparation:
Beat the egg whites into a stiff batter, slowly add the sugar, hazelnuts, flour and baking powder. This biscuit is baked 2 times. Bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes.
For the cream, mix the egg yolks, sugar, pudding and thickener well and cook them in the milk. In the chilled add margarine and whipped cream.
Divide the cream into two parts. Put melted white chocolate in the first part, and melted chocolate with hazelnuts in the second.
Stacking: Biscuit - cream - biscuit - cream.
